no one must be above the law,the AG and courts must set strict rules and boundaries on what can or cannot be said in public that is deemed a threat to national security and destabilisation of the governing body.MR LKY made the mistake of making it personal by taking his political enemies to court.which leads to the conundrum whereby taking action against familee members will be seen as an act of vengence and conflict of interests.in order to bypass this conundrum,there must be a seperate governing body and punishment system like the court martial system in the military in order to take the recalcitrant siblings to task without LHL being seen as personally involved.

To be respected, the AGC must not be fearful to prosecute pap running dogs eg Jason Chua, AMK TC manager, etc.

IF the family feud could be settled privately,it should have been settled privately already.But the problem is LHL is playing dirty by abusing his power as PM to use public or governmental resources(AGC,Secret ministerial committee and Parliament) against the executors (LHY and LWL) of the will .Now the private feud has already blown out in the public and the world and there is too deep mistrust and bad blood to reach a settlement .

Trust, once betrayed, is destroyed.

Many singaporeans know that LHL is arrogant, petty, vengeful and scheming. But not many of us know that LHL wld abuse his power by using govt resources to tekan his siblings for a family feud.

I dont see how this feud can be reconcile amiably now that LSW is speaking out publicly and AGC gets into the wrangle.
