legal fees covered by who?
Or for reasons of revenge...
Not everyone had it lucky like Lionel Jerome D'Souza right bro GD?
hard to imagine when NBG restore his rank..and charged teng for drug offence.
when ng meet teng in the interview room is like angry cock meet hungry pussy
Invisible people is out to FIX him, must have stepped on some very big foot!!
Good for NBG,
if that is the final outcome,
so that NBG will be able to receive his pension benefits at age 55
I hope the DJ will not be sidelined.
AG appeals and it goes to the court where the CJ is part of the panel, NBG is found guilty. Hmm ....
Local businessmen who have businesses overseas.
Brother GD, any juicy story to tell about what's going to happen to NBG after his acquittal?
GD, appreciate your insightLikely to be based in China, Vietnam or Cambodia.Hard to chari makan in S'pore after his case.
Yes. If CPIB was that efficient, Lionel would have faced at least 30 charges.
Those cheebye kiahs in the CPIB obviously only going for their big fish targets and not very interested in the convictions as they are in the public shaming....
Tuayap[eh wonders why they even bother when it just exposes all their crude and almost inhumane treatement of suspects under their custody,....fucking bunch of secret police bastards pursuing their own fucked up agendas.....
He can receive his benefits almost immediately as long as PSC doesn't dismiss him. My bet is, retirement in public interest. A dismissal is too draconian, imo.
Wayang lah. There will be appeal and the CJ will be one of the presiding judge and the rest is history.
All he did was screw his mistress... he probably didnt do it wearing his uniform or abusing the govt's resources like taking out his QX car rigfht? So wdf does the DC have on him which shows a dereliction of his duty as a police officer anyways?
Just retire him and let him enjoy the rest of his life in peace la....
No worries. There is no law in Singapore. Your logic prevails. QC from UK and others have evaluated cases in Singapore and found that our people carry law paper and trying to do moot court actually need to redo 101 in law or not do law at all.. Thus, in my non-expert legal opinion, the CJ cannot preside the case. My non-legal expert opinion is that this is going to be 100% conflict of interest if the CJ is the presiding judge.
