Can't blame them.

They have learned from PAP that if something incident related to them goes wrong, blame the citizens.

Then they better thow away the SOP ( Standing Operations Procedure) & let the citizen's be responsible. That means that whomever in charge of checking the train carriages inside & outside before it is allowed out of the depot must be made redundant? or had already being sack by now; for embarassing the SAW...??

First it allowed men to cut throw the fences to enter the depot...surely there must be CCTV or someone monitoring the CCTV, that job must be made reduntant also.

Then, the men can spend hours spray painting the carriages, surely this can't be done in 10 mins?

After that, they can leave & the carriages and run in service for two days, when a paying passenger spotted the art work. That Paying passenger must be given 10 years of free ride.

Only in Uniquely YOUR sinGAPORE the top gets away & blame us for not being alert...it is us who commit harakiri...

They say audit comes every year . That you and I knows it's a joke .

For when the perpetrator comes his window

needs to be just an hour of opportunity .

Our multi-millionaire Cabinet and the paper Generals SAF and scholar Police force wants retirees, the sick and the disabled, the poor and the homeless, to defend high security areas where they cannot always cover because they are too far away from the ground to see, or blocked off by richly paid civil servants.

Those bloggers and forumers shld also not waste their time posting useless gossip and slander and take part in the lookout for spray-paint artists, brown-skinned backpacking jihadists, and join ranks with spurs-pricked cousins from China and India to keep ur estates clean and green, while the govt can devote all its time to making better forecasts and where to give away our millions in reserves.

This saga is getting very funny.
It proves one thing that we have known all along.
When there's blame to be apportioned between an elite organization or individual and an ordinary singaporean, the latter will take most of it.
But when there's blame to be apportioned between the government and an elite organization or individual, the former will take most of it.

Don't spend yr time laughing! Go get your walking sticks and flashlights and report to SMRT depots to patrol the perimeter fences for gaping holes!
Make sure you leave no stones unturned, no litterbin unchecked.

When you are done, report to NEA to check on litterbugs. And report to Prisons Dept to make sure there are no toilet rolls outside the toilet buildings.

Next, go down to Potong Pasir and Hougang and count the pieces of litter and take pictures and send them to MND.

Later, night duty consists of looking out for illegal campers at Sembawang Park, Changi Beach, and Pasir Ris. esp the east coast beach opp Marine Parade. We dont want our leaders to look like they are negligent and overpaid and underworked, do we?

+++++++++++++

It's not that your govt servants are inefficient or lazy. They have more important things to do like attend French cooking classes and teaching the Ministers, line dancing, forecasting, and making sure nobody eats, drinks or leans on doors in the trains.

That's why people said politics are most dirty thing. They make you look dirty and prove they are clean. The worse part is, PAP made it commercial and we pay for their mistake.

I meant the latter of course, in the last sentence.
