The SPH & MediaCorpse news desks had all been informed by me and various other person supporting Mdm So had called them individually. They just selected to blackout whole story. Only dept of LEEgime that took action was a dozen of Central Mata division dogs tailing Mdm So & Son & me & other persons helping, and another half dozen inside the court warning them and heavily guarding them non-stop.

As a result another miscarriage of justice yesterday that her suit was dismissed with cost again yesterday that only Mdm So were allowed inside court chamber hearing. Her son was kept away in another room with 4 uniformed mata guarding him. Judge Lai Siu Choo fear them like 7th Month Ghost.
1 to 2 mata guard 81 year old aunty all the way from entrance in and until they left in taxi. Filming them all the way like CSJ @ Speakers Cornered. They had been followed and warned and body searched at court entrance. Warned again and again all the way with charges of contempt of court.

Mdm So knows no Ang Moh, and judge Lai Siu Choo were so in a hurry to dismiss her case, that when Mdm So said she needed to go to the toilet, Judge Lai told her that she need not come back to her court chamber, after going to toilet! = Case is over and dismissed with cost!

The whole day yesterday Mdm So & son were so upset. I could not get any further interview with them in suitable mood to talk on camera.

2 under-cover matas followed me, but I got rid of them within mins. When I pulled out camera, 3 uniformed mata stayed more than 4 meters away, and moved away when I point camera at them.

Someone posted a question on youtube comments asking Why Slay A Chicken.

I came to awareness on this case when the victims already were in a state of deep depression and hopelessness. Drastic protest plans were already made and prepared to be carry out, before I even know this family. I can safely say that I offer them new avenues of alternatives through the Internet, and they had lowered and scaled back their plans of drastic protesting actions. LEEgime ought to thank me.

Without any hint I believe that anyone can guess what a 81 years old senior citizen in bad health would do to protest her lost of life savings in a cheated investment, and then court continued non-stop to deliver only injustice to her.

Her losses is not only her own life savings and medical fees of $100K investment, the court awarded unjust cost amounting S$0.65 million on her plus, her other family assets sold to rise funds to fight case etc. The costs that were not heard in trial but later insisted to had been awarded while transcripts got buried away by court, and court don't care that 4 witnesses of trial made statutory declarations to state that they were at the trial and heard no cost awarded. These cost will make her son remained bankrupt even after she left this world. And her grandchildren have no house to call home.

What do you think this 81 year old lady face? What else can she do to fight for justice the society owed her?

It was lucky that only chicken blood was spilled yesterday.

这是我亲自在新加坡高等法院外头（国会对面）拍摄的视频。日期是2011年8月19日，时间是上网0945时左右。

视频里面我现场拍摄和访问了81岁身体健康不良的苏大娘，和她儿子谢国基先生。她丈夫已经老年痴呆症加上其他病痛，无法陪同出来抗议了。

我访问苏大娘只能用广东话，因为她基本上只懂得广东话。和她儿子谢国基先生能讲华语和英语。我在现场只用了英语访问。

我一共访问了他们5次，在8月19日前有另外4次，其中3次的视频放置在youtube.com上。最近的是8月10日的访问。

There are lots of unbelievable Gems in their cases. I discovered a few new Gems yesterday, when they quarrelled and argued about the case among their family members. I am going to expose them in the next interview. This could legally over turn all their cases, because the lawyer representing they other side is a cunning fox, and I found evidence that he committed a string of perjury fabricating evidence and coaching witness very evil. And famiLEE LEEgime judges ignored these serious irregularities and past judgement according to fabricated false evidences. It is so clear, and yet how can judges no even smell FISH. :*:

ok you broadcast it but the thing is there's nothing to actually force the court to give a fairer judgement or go with new proceedings. True it wil be broadcast worldwide but i doubt it will actually fix it for the old woman.

Then you all follow me do a revolution and replace LEEgime, reestablish a real judiciary.

That is the cleanest reform that you can do. It is the LEEgime courts that persistently shy to look back at their own faults.

We pointed out that they shitted a piece of crap on the floor and they will only cover up that crap by shitting another fresh piece of crap right on top of the old piece of crap, they had repeated this several times on old lady's cases since 2005 until now. Crap piled up high already.:*:

Mdm So Lai Har &amp; her son Mr. KK Chia went to Presidential Candidates of Presidential Election 2011, to hand in their letters, appealing for presidential help to seek justice from the LEEgime Courts.

So far they had seen Tan Jee Say &amp; Tan Cheng Bok, on the last 2 consecutive days.

All this happened after their protest outside Singapore Supreme Court on 19.Aug.2011.
