Newbie questions

For Macs application, Second Link office opens at 7am and closed in the evening (can't remember the timing). Good to bring along recent photo if applying for children and ensure the passport validity is more than a year.

May I know how much?

Are there gyms in JB that the public can join? If so, which ones, where and how much?

Thanks! I was also told I need to pay 1%. Anyone ever tried the Singapore thing i.e. haggling for discount?:D

I am buying a resale house and the agent told me I don't have to pay her any commission.

There is one along Nusa Bestari and another one on top of the Standard Chartered Bank near to the Giant Hypermarket. Saw lots of young folks there ,might want to try.

Is that a big enough gym with lots of weight machines and threadmills? Something like Planet Fitness or Cali Gym in SG would fit my needs. Wouldn't be keen on those that are small or ill-equipped like most condo gyms :)

So it is either 2% from seller or 1% from buyer? Cannot be two timer, am I right?

Can, some will still take 3% in total but 3% is the max. The market norm is 2%, made up of 1% from seller and 1% from buyer or 2% from seller.
