Ya, RM300 sounds quite high leh. It is less than RM100 for us. The rest I won't know cos I'm staying in rental.

I pay $100 plus for my mio tv and not all channel also have, I got a mandarin channel and a Filipino channel which add up to $ 100 plus.....

Internet and phone line included. But I heard JB they got more channels to watch if I am not wrong!

Anyway I consider that as ok than here!

Hi LGLab, Not boss definitely. Staying in a semi-d so may use a bit more.

Yes because my wife likes to leave alot of the lights and aircon on at night. As an illustration, my electrical + water in my flat in SG is regularly high $300 to $500 SGD. She also forgets to switch off at times. I also have some electronic stuff which is on every day, wireless AP, drybox, UPS, routers, CCTV, etc. So even dollar to dollar, its comparatively lower here.

Yes 149 RM all in. 5mb download and upload. Also can use Facebook and Youtube (included too) so you can view on your tv.
:)

Its actually about RM 260-270 for electrical, the price for RM 300 is inclusive of water.

Hey Wuqi, you stay in semi-d with so many appliances no wonder la. That figure seems quite reasonable for all that. Yes, the RM100 include water for me too. But I stay in terrence and work in sg everyday so use very little. Moreover, got no aircon, CCTV etc. Until now haven't even installed water heater. So busy to do the water heater that I'm getting used to showering in cold water. Something that's a big no-no in the past.

Re: For those already staying at your Terrace House/ Semi-D / Bungalow , Share your.

water = RM$5 consistently (no matter how much i bathe or wash or clean or do my laundry!)
electricity = RM$13.75 (last month)

electricity between Rm 70 - 160 (depends on when the TNB guy comes over to read the meter and also if air-con is used during warm days)

TNB bills under RM20 will be waived (paid by State), the recent rebate is a one-off thing. Don't know when the waiver will end but enjoy it while it lasts. However, need to be really disciplined to keep it under RM20 though.

Re: For those already staying at your Terrace House/ Semi-D / Bungalow , Share your.

that's quite hefty. your max utility bills + hp in S$ = my monthly house mortgage in RM. :p
but i guess utilities like transportation etc when privatized will go up never come down.
think MY's counterpart Tenaga seems more pro-people then mercenary for now.
