Johor Bahru station site identified

Plans for the proposed Rapid Transit System (RTS) that will connect Johor Bahru and Singapore are still under discussion, according to Iskandar Region Transportation Corp Chairman Datuk Abdul Latiff Bandi.
Once the government of Singapore and Malaysia have reached an agreement, both parties will jointly announce the details of the project.
At present, the state government of Johor has identified the site of the RTS station in JB. However, it is premature to announce since it is the prerogative of the federal government, he said.
“This issue is the prerogative of the two governments, and we at the state level will give our full cooperation to the project.”
“There is a one-year time frame to study the project, and whatever decision made by Malaysia and Singapore would benefit both countries,” noted Abdul Latiff, who is also in charge of the Housing and Local Government executive committee.
In addition, Singapore and Malaysia has until November 2013 before they need to make an announcement on the RTS project, explained Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) CEO Datuk Ismail Ibrahim.
Set to be completed by 2018, the RTS project will have a one-stop CIQM complex (customs, immigration, quarantine) so that travellers will only have to clear immigration once.

Btw east ledang and horizon hill. starts from 900K upwards for clusters. Wondering if Ecoworld is reputable and any risk of them abandoning the project

Setia Tropika starts from 1.1 mil already, Semi-D > 1.7 mil. only left with 2 units west facing. (my relative) May look for Cascadia instead. Website publish pricing not accurate.
Ecoworld ->many members of the team are previously from Setia, likely can do well although newly setup company but with experience workforce.

It's at Eco Gallery. This is next to Setia sales office at BI, opposite Tesco, next to Sky Executive Condo.

Setia Cascadia is part of Iskandar, but it is not part of Nusajaya.
Went there today. Phase one launching clusters and semi d. Phase 2 onwards semi d and bungalow. There will.be clubhouse, gym. balloting is estimated to take place in jul/aug. showhouses under construction on site. Facing future lake at the.entrance. Its exact location is next to educity and 10mins to tuas..not allowed to take pics of the models.but the layout looks pretty neat.

What is the price?
clusters from 900k. Semi d from 1.5m. Clusters facing man made lake ard 1.2m. Not able to commit price. all quotes are indicative
