Ha ha ha ... I give up Matex and the price so high plus do not have a car park (with the need to purchase RM 60K) so expensive. Am I right?
Plus 1, yes the location is very convenient does not mean don't need a car to travel unless you don't know now to drive.
Plus 2, I don't like to purchase the property in Malaysia but sale agent in Singapore.
Plus 3, sale agent charge SGD 5k if to confirm purchase
Plus 4, they do not have any letter of proof of appointed to be sole agent

If you read clearly the lawyer letter address is Johor address but a KL phone number ... ...

You can do a search on the 3 properties you listed; I doubt the price is still the same. (not cheap anymore)

Just call an agent; Paragon Suite 1 bdrm is $650,000.
Also close to RM1k.

I doubt you can walk to CIQ and City Sq from Paragon.

JB Sentral price is steep due to Medical Hub; JB revamp and LIDO BLVD effect.
You should have come here in Dec 2012.

PSF around RM950 after discount.

You may also want to consider Aloha Tower and Straits View. Although not new; but have good rental income.
