New developments to share

I think if they spread all over the place , some will fail . You think tourist from oversea will fly in just to visit the theme park ? A family tour to Korea , also not just for Lotte World , we go there for other attraction , shopping , food .. and more . Sometime things cannot compare to other country one . Just like some people keep comparing JB condos to SG condos .

What's the plan for Desaru? It Is a nice place just that is poorly maintained.

It's would be good if they can revamp it.

This one will curb speculation. But it means e same as sellers will price higher due to GST but gain lesser after RPGT. So net is about e same.

Why ? You mean seller can gain for GST meh ? Example : 1M property , 6% GST 60K goes to GOV wat .

6% tax on raw materials n 6% tax on e price of e house (assuming property is also taxed). So net is 12% increase in price. My guess is many locals will push forward their purchase. Let's c whether it will lead to a rush for big item purchase. My guess is it will n prices will be pushed up before implementation.

Min foreign purchase : RM $1 million

so those singaporeans who wanna buy a basic bread & butter home in jb gonna not buy.
when is the min foreigner purchase start date? with effect immediately??
