During one session I was down around 1k and switched machine. 1st spin I hit 12 blue fish at $2.5 per spin followed within the next few spins another 1k plus hit at $5. Not long after, up bet to 20c denom and hit a good free game! 8k win!

Yeah when you keep playing you tend to forget its money and think its just numbers hence the danger. Many times lose a fair chunk back because of that.

Not so many posts from anyone lately so just a bit of updates on current promos.
RWS - as a maxim card holder since last year we get up to 6 free nights at any of the 4 hotels (Michael, Festive, Hard Rock, Equarius). Basically you can log into the website and see what is available. If you can find free nights you can book up to 6 nights in total (sometimes you need to change room type if you do not see any free night listed for the default). Most of the time, it is fairly easy to find free nights for Michael and Festive but for March, due to the COVID situation, I was able to book 3 nights at Equarius and 3 nights at Hard Rock (both over weekend some more!). For April I have currently booked another 3 nights at Hard Rock for the Good Friday weekend.
MBS - as a diamond card holder as I have not been playing much there in the last few months, I have not been getting free rooms but suddenly due to COVID again, I think they got more generous and I got 2 nights in February and again another 2 nights in March.
MBS seems to have more screening procedure compared to RWS but there is a lot more human traffic there compared to RWS which is pretty dead (the area between Michael and Festive where the China groups used to gather has been empty for the last 2-3 months!). RWS Maxims buffet since the COVID scare have no longer been self service but food is served to us by the staff.
Next few months I think is going to be challenging for all. On my side income will be reduced due to the COVID situation so will not be playing as much. I think the casinos need to do a lot more to bring us in to play. I think given the current situation, because even with lower income, I think many of us also have a lot more free time
