Both Conference Finals tied at 2-2.
Woohoo!!!!
Both the Thunder and Celtics were down 0-2, but now both up 3-2!
Both Spurs and Heat face elimination in their next away game................
This year's playoffs are exciting!!!!
old guys in the West losing steam?
old guys in the East gaining steam?
Oklahoma City Thunder have defeated the San Antonio Spurs 4-2 to enter the NBA Finals for the first time!!!
i think they will win it all...especially if the celtice go thru....old legs.
I think they will. High energy and great skill especially from Durant and Westbrook.
Lebron James didn't choke this time around. Let's see if he can raise his game in the finals. They will need more than LJ to beat Thunder. Dwayne Wade and company have to step up their game, otherwise it will be Thunder to the winner's podium on a trot..
BC was a big letdown. They didn't have the legs nor the wherewithal to regroup when their inside game was taken away. They were forced to make bad shots from the perimeter and no one other than Kevin Garnet had the muscle to win rebounds which in my IMHO turned the tide in favor of Miami in the 4th quarter.
Hope the Thunder will win and think they will. They should have too much especially upfront with Ibaka, Perkins and Collison against Bosh and Haslem.
Frankly I don't like LBJ, never heard of a superstar who left the team which drafted him to join another superstar's team.
Kevin Durant on the other hand, wears number 35 jersey in memory of his late coach who was murdered when he was 35 years old. The coach had been trying to stop a street fight and was shot in the back by a punk.
The Celtics will be broken up. KG and Ray Allen are both free agents and they both knew this was their last chance.
KG left the arena without talking to any reporters, becasue he probably knew this was his last game for the Celtics, perhaps even his last game totally.
ah thanks for the info about KD.
KJ was selected by Minnesota years back ....K McHale was in management then right?
KG was selected #5 by the Timberwolves straight out of high school, McHale was the head of basketball operations then.
He finally won his first (and probably only) championship with the Celtics in 2008.
Btw, McHale is still in coaching, was head coach of I believe, the Rockets lasts season and may be again next.
He isn't very good as a head coach though, should instead be a coach of post play of which no one is better.
