“难民营”内，中德卫生防疫人员发挥各自技术优势，德军采集疑似病例样品对病原体进行初步确认，我军利用快速检测试剂对疑似病人快速筛查。双方共同查勘“难民营”餐食、住所和厕所，实施风险评估，并对“难民”开展卫生防病宣传教育活动。中方高机动型卫生防疫车驶入“难民营”后，使用超低容量喷雾器对道路、营房周边重点污染场所进行大面积喷洒消毒。
