Not buffet...main dinning and was served. Just that it is difficult to present lobster on a plate.

Somehow colors wise looks a bit limp to me. Is it problem with the lighting?
less redish due to less red chili peppers in gravy. cannot be too spicy in high ses palo alto. sambal chili is served on the side. add at own risk.
Ah that explains it. Ang moh cannot take too spicy
