SINGAPURA - Anak lelaki bekas Perdana Menteri Singapura, Goh Chok Tong yang memegang jawatan antara 1990 dan 2004 didakwa atas kesalahan penipuan pasaran.

这3人分别是新丝路集团前财务总监张添传（54岁）、前执行董事欧昌权（52岁）和新丝路集团曾雇用的商业做市商（commercial market maker）GTC Group有限公司董事黄毅文（40岁）。
吴仁轩（54岁）是荣誉国务资政吴作栋的儿子。他于2020年8月1日接任集团主席，同年10月1日卸下总裁职位，转任非执行主席。
他今早被控39项抵触证券与期货法令的控状，指他在2018年2月26日到8月27日之间，在31个交易日中，与另外3名被告串谋操控股价，刻意进行新丝路集团的股票交易，以推高股价。
另外，吴仁轩也涉嫌在2018年8月31日到12月4日之间，共在8个交易日通过自己的交易账号买入新丝路集团的股票，以便推高股价。
吴氏代表律师是文达星律师事务所的律师纳文。他今早在母亲的陪同下出庭面控，目前以15万元（51万令吉）保释，案展10月19日进行审前会议。
抵触证券与期货法令若罪成，可面对罚款高达25万元（86万令吉），或长达7年监禁，或两者兼施。
