SINGAPURA - Anak lelaki bekas Perdana Menteri Singapura, Goh Chok Tong yang memegang jawatan antara 1990 dan 2004 didakwa atas kesalahan penipuan pasaran.

Pihak berkuasa pada Rabu memaklumkan bekas Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif (CEO), New Silkroutes Group (NSG), Goh Jin Hian berdepan tuduhan itu bersama tiga individu termasuk dua bekas eksekutif syarikat pegangan pelaburan tempatan tersebut.

涉嫌操控股价 吴作栋儿控39罪​

（新加坡20日讯）被指操控股价，在新加坡交易所主板挂牌的投资公司新丝路集团（New Silkroutes Group）前主席吴仁轩医生今早被控39项控状，涉案的另外3人也一同被控。

这3人分别是新丝路集团前财务总监张添传（54岁）、前执行董事欧昌权（52岁）和新丝路集团曾雇用的商业做市商（commercial market maker）GTC Group有限公司董事黄毅文（40岁）。

吴仁轩（54岁）是荣誉国务资政吴作栋的儿子。他于2020年8月1日接任集团主席，同年10月1日卸下总裁职位，转任非执行主席。



他今早被控39项抵触证券与期货法令的控状，指他在2018年2月26日到8月27日之间，在31个交易日中，与另外3名被告串谋操控股价，刻意进行新丝路集团的股票交易，以推高股价。

另外，吴仁轩也涉嫌在2018年8月31日到12月4日之间，共在8个交易日通过自己的交易账号买入新丝路集团的股票，以便推高股价。

吴氏代表律师是文达星律师事务所的律师纳文。他今早在母亲的陪同下出庭面控，目前以15万元（51万令吉）保释，案展10月19日进行审前会议。

抵触证券与期货法令若罪成，可面对罚款高达25万元（86万令吉），或长达7年监禁，或两者兼施。
