that's the problem with PMDs, PMAs cyclists nowadays. They ring bell and straightaway they think they are entitled to right of way on pavements....

He rang his bell so she should get out of the way. If she doesn't it's her fault.
that's exactly the grab rider's attitude but dun forget there are some people with hearing issues especially older folks plus traffic noise can often mask the sound of the bell. grab riders should be on the road . if wanna share path with pedestrians then be more considerate and patient.

Her fault for not getting out of the way, unless she's hearing-impaired (unlikely, judging from her speech).

But it's still his fault for riding into her recklessly. A pedestrian not responding to a motorist's horn does not give the motorist the right to hit her - at the very least it's dangerous driving, at the worst it could be manslaughter if it resulted in a death.

And one could also argue that an ebike (not a PMA) should not be riding on the pavement in the first place. On the pavement the pedestrian always has the right of way.

People with hearing issues should either get a hearing aid or stay home. They are a danger to themselves and others if they're allowed to wander around unrestrained.
