even bart the perpetual problem (transit) child in the bay area does better in a pandamic. due to drastic reduction in ridership and reduced service schedules, there were few maintenance and technical issues as a result of the lockdown. now back in full service but still with reduce passenger loads, the system is still running smoothly as 6.9 months of scaled back service allows time and resources to be well spent on keeping the system in top shape. this not one but multiple-line power fault must be attributed to dereliction of duty while cb was in force. circuit breaker must have tripped the power sub-system (no pun intended). with fuller loads now that cb is over, the jokers at smrt can't hide the fact that the "downtime" blessed to them during cb was totally wasted for not keeping up with maintenance checks, service integrity inspections and repairs. what a crook and crock of an (dis)organization. very malulah majulah singapura.

who was the last (immediate) transport ministar? must have left a legacy of issues before hightailing to another ministry. this so called "single faulty cable" that caused a cascade of power trips is not a sudden happenstance.
