I think so. One of the herbs given is cordycep or dongchongxao !!

oh well, if medical science is established thru' drug trials on animals and clinical data, then TCM has been compiled over centuries of data collection and clinical trials on live patients. indeed, it is arguable if TCM treatment is merely treating the symptoms or treating the roots of an ailment.

nonetheless, TCM has been gaining more grounds in terms of the cataloging of the herbs, its active compounds and many other related issues. the holistic approach taken by TCM, inclusive of acupuncture and tui na, has been deemed relatively mild on the whole, with little or no side effects.
