By your own admission, history records were falsified to paint Qin Hui as the villian and Yue Fei as some sort of patriot years after both Yue Fei and Qin Hui were dead. This is strange, given that in ancient and medieval China, the emperor holds a huge amount of power in his hands, unlike the constitutional emperor of Japan or in Thailand.
