Wait a minute, how many times have they won the World Cup? From 1994 to 1998- and that's because the competition is held once every 4 years.
And it was the same- from 2002 to 2006- before Brazil lost it again.
Its simple really when you evaluate champions- and when somehow a country can win a title over 20 years by the same people- you know you smell a fish.
After all, in a fair fight, Brazil had only won twice in the World Cup finals. They didn't win from 1990 till now continuously. Its the same when it comes to a football cup competition- there's no same club being the cup champ every season.
If there's such a club in real life, then you have been cheating in Football Manager. If not such a club manager must be emulating what Hitler has done before: ensuring his Nazi party will win every sham election during his reign.
