Going forward, town councils are expected to exercise even greater prudence when investing their sinking funds. But it's hoped that they will still be able to get up to 4 per cent of returns on their investments annually.
The word 'stupid' is not enough to describe the brains of these town council people and MPs in these sort of situation. I thought these funds were to have improve and construct immediate infrastructure, and saved for a rainy day.
To invest what is taxpayers money into a firm that has been going down in a spiral in the last year or so, and knowing about it also, is just plain, plain stupid, and plainly outrageous. Are their level of moral corruption going so high that they cannot be rescued anymore?
