The greatest movie ever made was "The Sting" starring Paul Newman and Robert Redford.

This isn't the movie of the Century, it's the movie of the Millenium.

This is clearly a spiritual work of magnitude and depth significantly beyond human capacity, and without a doubt, a massively collaborative work of magnificience channeled across multiple levels of angels, guides & helpers.

An exploration of how the actions of individual lives impact one another in the past, present and future, as one soul is shaped from a killer into a hero, and an act of kindness ripples across centuries to inspire a revolution.

Cloud Atlas is a damn good film!

I haven't seen a better film in a long time. Cloud atlas maybe one of the best. It touches a lot of theme from religion, philosophy, love, rising up against the authority to many many more. Cinematics were taken to a whole new level of story weaving. I hope everyone gets a chance to see it and post some comments about it here.

Yes and the religious implication of "karma"!

You need plenty of patience to jump through 6 sets of background in different time line which ultimately merge into one! Plus you have to watch it quite a few times to understand fully the whole picture & the links! Time consuming but worth it!

Or, read through wiki, imdb to get a basic storyline about it. I was skeptical at first when I read the story, plot line, its too complicated to make it into a movie. After watching it, I realised how clever they are in "integrating" the various story together. Including the "synchronising" of each plot at each key point.

Main reason to watch the movie: Tom Hanks does not make crappy movies.

This movie is based on the book Cloud Atlas, by author David Mitchell.

But to those going to the theatres to watch it: It's three hours long, good luck getting through it without a single toilet break.
