PEASANTPORE: 21 regime lackey bodies in Peasantpore, staffed by well paid fat cats in 10 lackey ministries and 11 statutory boards, have been found to have lapses in managing public funds and resources.
This is according to a routine report by the toothless Auditor-General's Office, which investigated complaints on such matters for the financial year 2011 to 2012.
The report, spread over 100-odd pages, said improvements can be made in several areas. It is queer because the same song is sang around this period but the well paid lackey perm secretaries are doing nothing, maintaining status quo. It is inevitable that the monkey businesses by their chums continued year after year. After the big corruption hooha at Singapore Land Authority, nobody seemed to have learnt.
