The staff should have just called the Thai police. The Thai police will not tolerate the shouting and will just handcuff him.

I try to understand the story:

They booked 2 rooms (the 1st room upon check-in and 2nd room 1 day in advance), and the counter collected the 1st card from the 1st room as deposit. The counter swiped the card. All this while, Ah Neh thought the card was used to pay the deposit for 2 rooms. The guest of the 2nd room appeared the next day, and the counter asked for a 2nd card as deposit for the 2nd room. At this point, all the hell broke loose as 1st Ah Neh felt that the counter was trying to cheat them by seeking a 2nd deposit. The 1st Ah Neh kept repeating the same line that he had already paid the deposit for 2 rooms.

The family of Ah Nehs did not understand that the deposit was collected at the point of check-in to pay for damages upon check-out, not for advance booking. So there was no reason for the 1st card to have been used to pay for the advance booking of the 2nd room.

Finally, the Ah Neh Chee stepped in and proposed a solution - return us the deposit. The counter said the deposit would be returned to them via their card something like 30 to 45 days. Then the 1st Ah Neh exploded a 2nd time.

All these kpkb could have been avoided if Ah Neh had paid the deposit in cash.
