A STOMPer found that the demand for condos is still strong, when he was caught in a traffic jam along Choa Chu Kang Drive caused by this property launch.

The STOMPer wrote:

"I was driving along Choa Chu Kang Drive when I encountered a frustrating traffic jam because eager house buyers were attracted to the sale of new condos that was launched on April 10.

"The two photos show the number of cars parked in the temporary car park as these buyers rushed to get the choice units of their dream.

"On the first day 97 out of 123 units were sold and the going price was $ 625 psf. 12% of the condos were sold to foreign buyers from China and Malaysia.

"Come rain or shine, the demand for houses is always there."

propaganda sh!t by some property agent masquerading as a sh!tty stomper. ask around and bank officers are telling you that repossessions and forced sales/foreclosure/auctions have risen by 20% atleast. even PM has said economy would be down by -5% instead of -2% and MM said recession would last up to 5 years!!!!!! alot of propaganda crap in papers . last year they also said same story and tell you to buy liike the simple simon guy and mr kwek. those that listen to them are now losing sleep and 30% of their value........... only idiots buy at a time like these, in US and europe property prices have drop by 50% at least!!!!
come rainor shine there would always be idiots and people writing some stupid article to "psycho" the stupid. how come never publish photos of property auctions or foreclosures. alot of these photos are "staged". cars there all belonged to agents, developers and their families to create a false scenario of a "busy" showroom. that's what somebody inside told me.

i saw a tow truck towing a SJJ-plate mpv out of my estate at about 11.30pm just now.

i hope it's just a case of the car engine couldn't get started or some other fault, and not due to $ default issues.
