Most PRCs are not sophisticated enough to apply and pay for Western degree mill certs. That's why you hardly hear of PRC with fake degrees. Plus China's university entrance exams are the toughest in East Asia, more so than Japan, Taiwan or South Korea. More than one million candidates fight for a couple of thousand places in Beijing Uni and Qing Hua every year.

Even the 2nd and 3rd tier Chinese unis are of way higher standard than those in India, because many of those who can't make it to the top unis are straight A students who would walk into Ivy League Unis and Oxbridge.

Is just that Indians find it hard to understand Chinese and Chinese hard time understanding India. Both have colleges tough to get into, low quality ones, fake ones. Both have highly qualified as well as barely literate masses.

Top US companies go to both campus hire fresh grads for comp well over $100k.
