As the years go by, these pensionable teachers wil retire and there will be abad shortage of teachers in MOE.
MOE has come out with some schemes to attract back resigned teachers Hopefully these schemes will bring some relief for MOE. But these are reactive measures.
What MOE needs to do is to make teaching the core purpose of teachers and not load them with non teaching matters

Could national education be the cause of teachers leaving?

Which sane teacher would want to propagate nationlistic communist ideologies into our education system?
