Ministers doing an excellent job,

We always hear Minsters, PAP MPs asking citizens & opposition to provide solutions when their policies are being critise. Why they need to be spoon fed with ideas & solutions?
Arn't they selected to do their job & paid a hefty salary for it?

Eg
An employee was asked by his boss to submit a business plan to grow sales over a 5 year timeframe. The employee, with data made available through the company machinery, produce
the plan.

When his boss review the plan & find it lacking in substance or not workable, the business plan gets throw back to te employee to be redone. Can the employee tell his boss that since you dont like my plan, than you show me and tell me your solutions? He will get sack....

Now lets equate empolyee with Ministers & PAP MPs & Boss as citizens & opposition MPs.

Citizens are Boss cause they elect/hired them as pay them through taxes.. Haha. Tiobo?

On this note....i like to share with u..

I did my Job description and it was thrown back to re-draft again and again..

The third time..boss n i agreed and peg my performance/remuneration to the agreed target..

Now...I AM VERY CRITICAL ON THIS..

How many times did our former President Nathan job description drafted and re-drafted that both LHL and the President agreed and pegged the President remuneration to the job listed in the document.?

A job that entails cutting ribbons and gracing dinners ..u pegged to $4 million per year....????

We should ask that the job description be made public..so that we can scrutinise and be transparent about it.

REMEMBER THE PRESIDENT ROLE IS A CEREMONIAL ROLE N NOT AN EXECUTIVE ROLE.
