a dispute over patent right become a case for criminal offence. Harassment is to an individual but cannot be a company. Mindef must prove that one or many of their employees is harassed by Ting.

Let's fund this case to see what fuck LKY army can do to its own NSF solider. Looks like 2 yrs of consript and 13 years of NSF the NSF boys are not protected by the Mindef in civilian life. PAP Army knows where to draw the line of divide and conquer.

This has showed all along NSF in LKY government served no purpose to protect Singaporean NSF men with no protection from MinDef and PAP government in their civilian life.

Fund this legal case to also abolish NSF which PAP used it to abused/ harassed Singaporean males.

Can SAF Mindef sued his own solider? Remind LHL army that NSF is part of the defense system and NSF are part of the organization. NSF SAF boys must be protected in their civilian life too, PAP keep this in mind.

Dr Ting Choon Meng, the inventor who had his patent for a medical vehicle revoked by the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), is now being threatened with legal action for harassment.

Dr Ting received a lawyers’ letter from the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) which threatened to use the new Protection from Harassment Act against Dr Ting.

The letter said that Dr Ting would have to say that his statements were false or he could be taken to court for harassing MINDEF.

Two words should describe any legal system of a country, JUSTICE and RIGHTEOUSNESS. A country's judicial system is bankrupt if it uses legal terrorism to bankrupt political opponents or steals from its own citizens intellectually property and after the theft, to "legally terrorise" him into silence.

Mindef is supposed to be fighting wars..not taking on one sole citizen to battle on some civilian issue.

NEA is supposed to look after and improve our lives living in this congested environment, not taking issue with some pedlars selling their wares during a festive period. Waste huge public funds to get a $800 fine.

Our PM, suppose to unite and lead the people on a common front to bring the people forward to the next leap...and not to be too sensitive to a blogger's remark that he made another first in the world for a leader to sue a netizen on some criticism. If no one tell you of your faults and shortcomings, how can you improve and learn from it..???
