No use of Istana, no Gurkhas, no free use of state cars and no state paid travel overseas.

However ok to have small security detail since he is former PM and if the country requires his presences at official functions then of course state will send him car to pick him up. Also provide free medical care and maybe small office staff of 2 to 4 people.
