traffic jam they introduce ERP think can solve problem but highway still jam as always
local no talents they use money to lure overseas company to come here set up company, but some of these company stay loyal to their countries, anything happen to their country they fold and go back, leaving local employees jobless

even Ah gong Lee himself commented Russia and Japan has low birth rate because their people are not optimistic of their country
