I have gotten my letter to pay up the 2nd tranche of payment (15%) for my 2 carpark lots, but not for the apartment yet. Strange. Due date is mid Apr.

They only asked for 15% of RM50k, which is the cost of the 2 lots.

Yes, got the same letter for mid-April payment rm7500. My three other frens also got the same letter. They send one by post, and another by registered mail.

Btw, has anyone received state consent yet? My lawyer told me they are just submitting my Certification of Notification from IIB, which is a pre requisite for the state consent application.

I received same letter as well, called up to my lawyer. Need to pay Rm5000, another rm2500 paid by bank. Which means hv to start paying installment soon?

There's hardly any progress in the construction since Aug 13. The 3rd tranche will only be collected after the basement is finished, I guess, so I reckon it won't be too soon.

called mah sing today. they says they actually seperate the carpk and the main
apartment costings. so after 3mths, they be asking for another 10% of ur apartment costs if u on 80% bank loan.

Ok fellow buyers. I have a potential problem with Mah Sing's solicitor - SR&L.

Apparently, they refuse to accept the documents on behalf of me, the buyer. They need either a Malaysian address from me, or for me to appoint another solicitor to represent me, just that they can issue the documents out to me.

Now, my banker also informed that she is unable to disburse any loan because the documents haven't reached me.

They don't even agree to me personally collecting all documents from their BI office.

so far not on meridin. but my other property lawyer did mentioned. if i wanna sign the loan documents in spore, i need to find another lawyer in spore to be witness.that costs about $300.
then they can pass e doc to the spore lawyers.
