I do hope and pray they wont announce more good news so fast... now the price is still affordable @ S$300+ PSF for freehold.. If it keeps shooting up to be on par with Singapore, we will all have to pay S$1500 psf which is 500% more.

Pinewood Malaysia prepares for sci-fi flick
PETALING JAYA: Preparations have started at Pinewood Malaysia Stu*dios for the filming of Lost In The Pacific, a 3D sci-fi action film headlined by American actor Brandon Routh (Superman Returns, Arrow) and Chinese actress Zhang Yuqi.
Although the main cast has not arrived in Malaysia yet, the film’s producers are said to be at Iskandar Johor ahead of the shooting.
According to The Hollywood Re**porter, the film will begin principal photography in the first quarter of the year and is set for release later this year.
Vincent Zhou, whose previous effort was last year’s Last Flight, is directing the film. IMDB.com lists Lost In The Pacific as Last Flight II.
According to Hollywoodreporter.com, the movie revolves around a group of passengers on board 2020’s inaugural luxury, transoceanic flight.
The site also quotes director Zhou as promising an adventure of “monumental proportions to audiences all over the world that will keep them on the edge of their seats”.
I would like to rent a room to Zhang Ziyi and show her around Iskandar.
Chinese celebrities including Zhang Ziyi have urged Chinese not to visit Malaysia.
