Exactly, fear is the biggest vote winner for the PAP and it is something we can all do by educating our parents, elders and the uneducated/poor/elderly we come across.

There is another 3 days before the election, do what we can in terms of educating them against fear. Keep on doing it after this election and I am sure we will have a different result in 5 years time.....

3 days to educate our aged parents is too short. Just show them the picture of the logo(opposition) and the box to cross over and over again.

Following up on this, I took off day today and spoke to the older folks around me

I was surprised, out of 16 over-50s I spoke to, 3 of them said they will vote PAP because they are afraid they will be punished one way or another. 2 of them said they will spoil vote because they are unhappy with PAP but thats the most they dare to do.

So 5 out of 16 of the elderly voters I spoke to will either vote PAP or spoil vote despite being really unhappy with PAP.

Fuck man, thats a lot of wasted votes against PAP

Guys, we need to do what we can. Especially for those who live in the closely contested constituencies where a few hundred votes may make all the difference.
