Brian Richmond taught his son well.

I totally enjoyed Mark Richmond's commentary for the swimming events.

Keep it up, Mark. :)

Why do you need Mark Richmond when all broadcasts come out of UK when everybody spoke English?

transmission package that comes with commentary costs hundreds of K extra.
MR probably costs 8k/mth. Can use for the whole olympics :D

To be honest, i prefer him commenting on Olympics than S-League or Singapore national matches. Olympics happens once every 4 years and only lasts a month..

thread title should be MARK RICHMOND's Olympics Commentary for Swimming is sebei IMPRESSIVE!!
this moron fucks up every commentary he does.......wonder how he can still be on air.

whatever, this chap cheng kia got the most siar lan face, attitude and style of talking

Mark Richmond played the villain (Click Click Man) in VR Man.

He should act again.

"Joseph Schooling has taken his opponents to school."

Taken to school is slang for defeating. Teaching a lesson. Sweep them off their feet. What's up? fuck the chup cheng kiah anyway.

Just reached home.. Watching Ch 5 Olympic Rowing event now.. The voice of the British commentator sounds very familiar.. I believed the commentator is ITV's John Helm who is also a regular football commentator for the Euros, World Cup, EPL and Champs Lge.. This old chap got class.. When it comes to sports commentary, The British are the best in the business..

Yes back in the days no live telecast had to listen to BBC live commentary....close your eyes you machiam in the thick of the action.

Yes.. I remembered BBC's John Motson.. These British commentators can really make you feel as if you're in the stadium itself with their live commentary.. Martin Tyler too over rated.. My favourite was the late Brian Moore.. Still remember his cool calm voice when he commentated on the classic Arg vs Eng game back in the 98 World Cup..

David Coleman, John Motson and Barry Davies were the best commentators.
