By now, property managers/ malls should know the importance of food deliveries to the society and businesses.
A special parking zone close to guard houses should be made available for them to deliver food or parcel as quickly as possible with minimum disruption.
But as usual, the management are not keeping up with the times. They create hindrances to the new economy.

i have seen some park right in the middle of hdb lift lobby until those elderly wheelchair people kana obstructed
impossible to enforce in hdb estates
condo maybe cos got security guards

this FDR chap working in downtown core take home the most ..Tier 1.

this FDR at Northern Most say Sembawang Tier 3 .

I put the blame on those highly paid grab/ food delivery managers who should engage with building owners/managers on how to help make delivery more seamless.
