With Turf City closed,
Gallop.SG secured a piece of land along Sembawang Road (leading to Sembawang Park), to relocate the horses, and create a one of its kind equestrian hub.
They intend to offer horse riding, short staycations, and also support for individuals with special needs at an enrichment centre.
Got a sneak peek, hosted by Mrs Shanker and her team. They hope to get everything up in the middle of the year.
It won’t be easy running this business. But thanks to
Gallop.SG, the horses at Turf City now have a new home in Sembawang. There are many opportunities for us to work with them, to link them up with programmes at our schools and also Active Ageing Centres.
I wish them all the best, and look forward to another unique and inclusive feature at Sembawang!
