My mentor made a very wise move when she decided to buy a freehold landed property in JB. It's the Malaysian dogs neighbors who messed it up.

I hope to emulate my mentor in the near future. She is very wise and always ahead of time.

The Malaysian dogs are low vibrating neighbors, and will never understand my mentor whose frequency is beyond them.

I haven’t been able to contact my jb condo maintenance office staff in charged of my block for three months. Messages and phone calls get unanswered. And guess what the office staff said when finally someone answered my phone call to the office today? Say the girl is new and so no time to answer - when she is around for more than two months. Now you know how good life Malaysians are be it working in Singapore or working in jb. All very entitled and cover up for each time.

They only know how to collect maintenance fees don’t work. My balcony light spoil ask them to replace for me say no more handyman service. What’s this? Their maintenance fees don’t drop but service standard keep dropping. I used to complain maintenance problems in the neighbourhood chat and some Cantonese/Hakka Malaysians from Perak use half naked man on bed photo and gang up with other Malaysians to harass me to kick me out of the chat group now they happy lor standard dropped and drop. 活该！
