Kagawa's gf is not a porn star. No wonder Rooney wants to leave.

regardless who is in charge man u is expected to win at OT against crystal palace. its the the winning margin that matters. we need also to ramp up goals n points.

against man c I am not sure..we needed rvp magic n his ex team mate to help before nicking it at etihad stadium

Any bets on CL's away to Bayer L on tues night? Just by our uninspiring win sat, doesn't bode well

Btw, Macheda may go on loan to Doncaster to kick start his (flash in pan?) career

Man Utd are at home to Bayer Leverkusen.
The German team are strong with 2 very onform players in forwards Sidney Sam and Stefan Kiessling.

Hopefully Moyes will play Kagawa and make use of his knowledge of the Bundelisga............................ :p

Man Utd boss Moyes: Rooney will not play in midfield

Manchester United boss David Moyes has told Wayne Rooney he sees him as an out-and-out striker.

Moyes confirmed he would not be playing him in midfield.

When asked if he would be dropped deeper, the United boss replied: "Not just now.

"I can only see Wayne playing up top and playing as a forward for us. I don't have a goals target for him. But his targets have been big in recent years.

"We will try and get him up there. But Wayne's game is a little bit more.

"He has developed into one of those centre-forwards who drops into spaces to pick the ball up. He plays in a slightly different way so you have to appreciate him for what he does and his style of play. That's what he is."

This is the reason why he signed on. This is a start of things to come at OT.

Shakhtar Donetsk is the biggest threat. Need to win their home games with Bayer and Sociedad and play for a draw at Bayer away and beat Sociedad away. Dun think they can be Shakhtar home and away.

Damage control by David. After a torrid transfer window he better butter up Rooney lest jan come when ars going show 30m cash n mourinho lurking.

If he starts to give in to players' demand, all the other players will do the same which begs the question-where do you draw the line?

Rooney has the attributes that make a perfect Man U midfielder, a perfect cover for the seniors Giggs and Scholes then.

DM must be day dreaming. The fact that he drops into spaces to pick up the ball is not by design. It is borne out of necessity because the midfield support is poor. Chances were few and far between. It's a similar predicament with RVP as he drops into spaces to pry, create the opportunity against a wall of defenders.

Now that we have 4 strikers, who is the odd man out? I hope its not Hernandez..

Plain to see our midfield is lousy, you could be forgiven to say we lost the plot there.

I put my money on Chicharito, and if anything gives -it's Wellback fella (with low centre of gravity?). Even if his recent track records with England

I don't see anyone of them as the odd man. Remember, we won the Treble in 1999 with Cole, York, Sheringham and Solskjaer.

RVP and Rooney to start, Welback to equalise and Hernandez to score the winning goal against Bayern Munich in this season Champion's League Final.
Swee Boh? :D

about time moyes shop for a new CB ..the way ferdinand allow the high ball to pass him n failing to track gayle sneaking behind him spells complacency. ..some one else wuld have scored .

young n valencia r proving by the weeks that they r consistently doing nothing productive....cross aplenty resulting in nothing. rooney n welbeck can play fwd n midfield. ...more vrsatile than hernandez. hence I fear he is exiting....wenger may b tempted in jan.

luke shaw culd b added in jan ...hopefully moyes can wise up n bid him bf he go the way of bale n walcott.

I am impressed by fellani debut..winning headers harassing players n nearly score w a scorcher...he adds bite

We have a world class diver in Young and that must count for something. I swear he was looking for the line-"am I in the box" before he took the plunge.

We need Hernandez as he's a different type of player from the other three-the fox in the box. Welbeck's tank looks half empty after pre-season plus 3 games into the season. Physical and useful. Just hope they'll be happy playing that bit role.
