The police are investigating a case of snatch theft that occurred at 3.30pm on April 11 at the walkway of Block 8, Redhill Close.

The victim, a 61-year-old woman, was walking along the walkway when the male suspect ran by from behind and snatched her gold chain.

The victim gave chase, but lost sight of the suspect around Block 6, Redhill Close.

The gold chain was estimated to be worth around $200. The suspect was last seen heading towards Jalan Bukit Merah
