A man was caught on camera kicking a TV outside a kcuts outlet in Waterway Point after a QR code payment for a haircut didn't go through.
Stomper Ng, who is a co-owner of kcuts, shared CCTV footage of the incident on Feb 2 at 12.29pm.

"The man in a red top and black shorts kicked our TV approximately 15 to 20 minutes after one of his family members cut their hair," recounted the Stomper.

"The guy who kicked our TV is related to a lady in red top and white cap."

The woman was a disgruntled customer who claimed she paid for two haircuts, but something went wrong.
The Stomper said: "She claimed that she made two payments to the kcutsGo app but only receive one E ticket.
"We have checked already. Her transaction failed as she made two Paynow payments to the same dynamic QR code, which is not possible.
"If she needed two tickets, she must first select two tickets and one QR code would be generated. Once payment is made, two tickets would be issued."

Because of what happened, the woman made a "big fuss" at the kcut outlet, according to the Stomper, as the man mostly waited outside.
"Our stylist explained that she can email to us for us to check as our stylist was not able to verify if her payment went through," said the Stomper.
"FOMO Pay, our payment gateway provider, confirmed that the lady made payment twice to the same dynamic QR code, hence only one ticket was issued."
In response to a Stomp query, the police conformed that a report was lodged.
