I know that petrol Station at Pelangi...walk past many times in my romp of JB. LKY is right, it is still a 'cowboy town'. This is some gang related thing. PUTRAJAYA — A man whose brutal murder at a Johor Baru petrol station shocked the nation recently was a ‘kongsi gelap’ (secret society) leader.

This was revealed by Deputy Prime Minister Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, who said that the attack was part of an ongoing clash between two secret societies.

"Police are hunting down four suspects who have been identified," he told reporters after the Home Ministry's monthly gathering here on Tuesday (Dec 19).

On the possibility that the murdered man's gang would retaliate in a very public manner, Mr Zahid, who is also the Home Minister, said police are ready to face it.
