Man charged with stabbing

<!-- end left side bar --> <!-- story content : start --> A KARUNG guni man was charged in court on Friday with hurting a deliveryman with a knife at Kaki Bukit Industrial Terrace on Wednesday. Koh Tian Seng, 69, who stood in the dock with a white bandage above his left eye, allegedly stabbed Mr Tan Meng Tee, 34, at the parking area at about 5.30pm that day. He has been remanded at the Institute of Mental Health for psychiatric assessment. He will appear in court again on Dec 24. If found guilty of causing hurt by dangerous means, he can be jailed for up to seven years and/or fined.
