A YOUNG man persuaded a 12-year-old girl to send a naked picture of herself six months after they became acquainted on the Internet.
After sending him a few pictures, Lee Guo Qiang, now 20, began asking the girl for sex in their conversations.
A Community Court heard on Wednesday that they finally met in September 2009 after her Primary School Leaving Examinations.
The pair went to a staircase landing in Woodlands where he hugged and kissed her and touched her all over. He then asked her to masturbate him before making her perform oral sex on him.
On another occasion that month or the following month, he followed her home and committed an indecent act with her.
Lee, a full-time national serviceman, pleaded guilty to two counts of committing an indecent act with a child and will be sentenced on July 27. He was remanded.
