Man, 23, arrested for molesting woman at Bukit Batok Rd

A 23-year-old man has been arrested for outraging the modest of a woman along Bukit Batok Road.
Police said in a statement that a 27-year-old female victim made a report last night at 9.05pm that she was molested my a man while she was jogging along Bukit Batok Road.
Officers immediately reposnded to the case and managed to locate and detain the suspect at 9.40pm.
The suspect will be charged in court tomorrow for Outrage of Modesty. The Court has also ordered that he be remanded in Jurong Police Division for one week for the purpose of investigations.
If convicted, he may be jailed up to two years, fined, and caned.
