MALAYSIAN Airlines flight en route to China is missing.

Re: In full: Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 passenger list

Chet Thir just told me it's terrorism.

Why would Chinese Muslim Uyghurs want to blow up a Malaysian airliner? I understand the majority of passenger were ethnic Chinese but their acts are domestically centred and usually entail civil disobedience.
Doesn't really make sense or fit the Al Qaeda modus operandi.

However, if a bomb was smuggled on-board, KLIA is f**ked as an airport. Who would want to travel to an airport with such lax security?

Re: In full: Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 passenger list

I fear the possibility of terrorist hijacking. China has recently be bombed and on alert mode. The plane happened to go to China from Malaysia (muslim country).

Re: In full: Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 passenger list

i think there are singaporeans aboard the plane, i just received news from my friend that another friend and family from old school were in the plane.

Missing MAS plane: Both imposters bought tickets from China Southern Airlines

Published on Mar 09, 2014, 1:30 AM

BEIJING - The two imposters who boarded the missing plane using stolen passports apparently bought their tickets from China Southern Airlines, which shares the Kuala Lumpur-Beijing route with Malaysian Airlines (MAS).

China Southern Airlines on Saturday announced on its Sina Weibo microblog that seven passengers from the missing flight MH370 were their customers, including an Italian and an Austrian. It had also issued tickets to one Chinese passanger, one Dutch, one Malaysian and two Ukrainians.

All their names are on the passenger list issued by MAS after the aircraft went undetected since early Saturday.

But the Italian and Austrian foreign ministries both confirmed that their citizens did not board the missing flight.

So means that the terrorists are blur fuck who thought that they are going to bomb a China Southern airline, instead they have screwed their fellow Muslims brother Malaysia? That is why their Organization is now keeping quiet now and dare not publicize that they did it?

Stolen Passports Prompt Terror Concerns in Missing Jet, Officials Say

U.S. officials told NBC News on Saturday they are investigating terrorism concerns after two people listed as passengers on the missing Malaysia Airlines jet turned out not to be on the plane and had reported their passports stolen.

“We are aware of the reporting on the two stolen passports,” one senior official said. “We have not determined a nexus to terrorism yet, although it’s still very early, and that's by no means definitive.”

U.S. officials said they were checking into passenger manifests and going back through intelligence.

Luigi Maraldi, 37, was the only Italian on a passenger manifest released by the airline after the jet disappeared over the South China Sea.

But his father, Walter Maraldi, told NBC News from Cesena, Italy: “Luigi called us early this morning to reassure us he was fine, but we didn’t know about the accident. Thank God he heard about it before us.”

Luigi Maraldi was on vacation in Thailand, the father said. He said that Luigi Maraldi’s passport was stolen one year ago.

The foreign ministry of Austria confirmed to NBC News that police had made contact with a citizen who was also on the passenger list, and who reported his passport stolen two years ago while traveling in Asia.

Very possible is terrorism but lone operators so no one claim for it.

HO CHI MINH CITY (REUTERS) - Vietnamese rescue planes have spotted a column of smoke off its coastline along with large oil slicks, but it was not clear if they were connected to a missing Malaysia Airlines carrier, a transportation ministry official said on Saturday.
The Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200ER plane carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew went missing off the Vietnamese coast early on Saturday as it flew from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing and was presumed to have crashed.
"Vietnam rescue airplanes saw two oil spills and one smoke column in the area around 250 km west of Tho Chu island, but we can't confirm it's from that Malaysia plane," Pham Quy Tieu, vice minister of transportation, said.
"We sent two maritime boats and some military boats there to clarify, each boat with about 20 people. The oil spills are about 15km long. Those boats will be there in about three to four hours."
There were no reports of bad weather and no sign why the Malaysia Airlines plane would have vanished from radar screens about an hour after take-off.
A large number of planes and ships from several countries are scouring the area where the plane last made contact, about halfway between Malaysia and the southern tip of Vietnam.
