When dr m created proton, toyota, hynndai, vw sll wanted to build right hsnd drive fsctories there but was denied.
So they went elsewhere.
Its the only country where bumi policies can be used to stop investors from coming 8n.

Before they created dewan bahasa dan pustaka, the onky recognise malay language body that officiate malay words, steering, bumper, tayar, brek were considered malay words.
After it was created, upload becomes muat naik, download, muat turun etc. Better if they had stick to English terms like in the early days. Less confusion in technical subjects such as maths and science.

mudland falling into 6th place is actually shocking. From my travels around ASEAN, I would guess that back in the 1980s and 1990s, mudland was probably 2nd most developed ASEAN country after Singapore. Now, they are 6th!! The fucking m&ds and their bumi policy has made the situation so much worse.

2 main reasons: Firstly It is corruption at its highest under Najib's time as PM. Secondly its always politics over development. Little or no wonder.
