Most if not all Pinoys are mixed. Imagine they had been a colony of Spain for 500 years and another 100 years under the States. Yes she is 100% Pinoy.
There is a whole host of other factors too.

She has spent years aboard, she is a British Chevening Scholar, studied broadcast journalism at Cardiff University in Wales and international relations at the University of Westminster in London. She has a Masters Degree in Journalism (MA).
She is a fellow and visiting scholar at the University of Oxford in the UK.

She was quite chubby at one time. I have not seen her for a long time as I don't usually watch TV. CHA had better looking and better speaking newscasters.

Actually I was looking for her but her name slipped my mind. A real looker and very sweet. Her spoken English is very good. I recall she maaied an Indonesian businessman.
Fauziah was doing excellent work at Mediacorpse until she hit the glass ceiling.
Her progress stopped there because of you know what..........
Now her natural talent is there for all to see on a foreign channel that knows how to appreciate real talent instead of supressing them.

Ugh...I think Fox is also the voice in SMRT announcing "Going to Johor Bahru? etc and etc." The announcement jars on my ears.
