Makilyo in deep shit ! Hottest news in Taiwan

I had seen the baseball cap in the news with many foot prints on it.

I just spoke to my Taiwan friend and complained to him about reports that 黑道 is intervening to settle this privately by "persuading" victim to drop case. He said in Taiwan this is very common. People are weak, 黑道 is strong so when threatened people tend to walk off. However this time is not the same because ALL mass media is supporting the victim so 黑道 cannot do anything and also police is forced to be tough on this case. My friend also told me that many Taiwanese are fed up with Makilyo's arrogance and wrong doings which happened again and again so its punishment time for her. Reports also mentioned that the Japanese friend is in Taiwan to tackle her to be his girlfriend and he comes from Roppongi in Tokyo which is infested with mafia and this guy is likely a Japanese mafia. One thing is important, most Taiwanese are behind the victim and closely looking at how the police is handling this case.

United Evening News said if prosecutors determine that Tomoyori had hit Lin on the head, attempted murder charges against him could be an option.

Yes I heard about this too. But if hit on body its only a very light charge. This time I think he is fucked. Or rather both Makilyo and him are really fucked. Reports claimed that Makilyo was wearing her usual stiletto to stamp on the victim's head.

Have you guys seen this news report about her jap bf and his yakuza connections and how he's kicked out of their gang for disgracing them?

The taxi driver is lucky in an unlucky situation. If he's in Singapore, don't expect such "Supports" from our mainstream media, don't expect a "Qiu Yi" speaking out in the open for him, don't expect culprits to bow their head in from of the media to apologize.

Hi drifter, what is the reason for the punishment by yakuza? I mean this is not gang related more like this guy too showoff to ladies I think. Anyway this farker don't look like the normal yakuza dressed-up, clean and proper. He look more like those Taiwanese taxi driver himself.

Today's Apple Daily carries a caricature of Makiyo stomping on the beleaguered taxi driver with her stilettos. I think the media is out to get her. Makiyo faces a potential jail sentence of 12 years if new charges are preferred against her.

There seems to be a silver lining in this entire episode. The public and many senior media artistes are questioning the quality of the talk shows in Taiwan, which shows are the breeding grounds for materialistic and irresponsible youths.

New video has just emerged an hour ago.

Makiyo caught kicking the taxi driver and stamping over him.

RonRon will upload the video soon.

Makiyo was a social escort in New York?

From the TV shows, it seems that the laws in Taiwan are quite different. It's a criminal offence, but still the parties are still able to settle out of court. It looks likely to go in that direction if the perpetrators can offer the victim a substantial amount.

I keep getting "An error occurred. Please try again later."

I wonder if it has to do with Firefox. It has been going on for quite sometime with YouTube videos.

the talk show also claimed that the taxi drive can sue her for defamation.

Yah, I agree. If its in SG, Makiyo might just declare she is post-depression. And she will be convicted with a probation period and a fine of S$50. Why is "quan yi feng" keeps coming to my mind??

I heard this too but from people in ROC talking say Makilyo not rich like have millions and millions of dollars type. Also the Japanese not so rich guy. Whatever the case I strongly believe these people must go to jail then they will learn.
