'Make customers unhappy, you will be sacked': Optus CEO blasts staff

Singtel made the whole Singapore unhappy when they charge the world's highest price for EPL subscription-yet today this blood sucking company is still happily overcharging all those who wants to watch EPL. The govt try to "fix" the unhappiness by allowing cross carriage but prices even became worst!
Only a change of govt can unwind these
 
if that's so, then no amount of service recovery will make up for the system / network flaws that's inherent to the orgn to begin with :frown:
If the organisation soo good n offer good customer SVC...most of the time there will be no need for customer service. Bcos custs will have no issues
