A shocking video posted by Facebook user Noor Nazera shows dozens of maggots crawling on the meat patty of a burger, and it is enough to make us all lose our appetites.

Noor told Stomp that her father-in-law had purchased four of the burgers, six curry puffs, one packet of nasi lemak and pickled food from a food stall at Hougang Central Bus Interchange yesterday (Feb 16).

According to another of Noor's Facebook posts, the burgers from that stall were already pre-wrapped and ready-to-go.

She had opened one of them up to add cheese inside for her child and that was when she made the disgusting discovery.

"I have submitted a complaint to the National Environment Agency (NEA) via their website," Noor told Stomp, adding that it was the first time her family had purchased anything from the stall.

They are proteins...NEA not free ...they are still checking the hawker's centre ceilings of the opposition wards...& some taking a nap somewhere...don't disturb them..

I don't understand why these m&ds are complaining,it's obvious the burgers are made of 100% grade A beef as evident by the presence of maggots.if it was a McDonald's hamburger there would be no maggots even if u leave it out in the open for 13 years.Maggots help to keep the burger moist and juicy and it's enzymes helps break down the juices and enhance the flavour.if they have a phobia of maggots,can ask the chef to flambe it with a blowtorch to give it a charred grill effect and a crispety crackety crunch when u bite down upon it.

The stall selling that organic, healthy burger, is abang operated, most likely connected to the "pap" bone...most likely, NEA will just slap the wrist...& take 52 man years to write a report.
